Would you rather be fat or stupid?

Okay, thanks for telling me how to get a regular flash program, but now here's a new question: is the Newgrounds Flash Tutorial in Help and FAQ some lame user-created virus? And, another: doesn't Flash usually take anywhere from 3 weeks to a few months? I mean, it's only a thirty day trial, and it doesn't seem like there's a full download.
